Applications will be available for the 2013 Miss Saginaw County Scholarship Pageant to be held Saturday August 3rd at the Bronner Performing Arts Center in Frankenmuth on Mar 1, 2013. This program is a preliminary to the Miss Michigan, Miss America Program and the largest source of scholarship awards available to women in the world.
Women ages 17-24, a resident or full time student in the state of Michigan is eligible. For an application or information, call Peggy 989 392-9585.
